Before ordering, check the route

Pools arrive in one piece and cannot be dismantled for transport. Before confirming your order, check that the route to the unloading point—doors, curves, gates, and changes in level—will allow the product to pass within the dimensions indicated in the technical data sheet. If the route includes stairs, steep slopes, dirt roads, or narrow passages, please contact us before purchasing: we will check the feasibility together.

How standard delivery works

Delivery is made at street level, to the address you indicate when ordering. The unloading point must be accessible by a heavy vehicle (for round pools 180 cm and above, access for a truck up to 9 meters is required) and you or a designated person must be present to receive the product. Unless otherwise requested (see below), you are responsible for picking up the product from the vehicle and transporting it to the garden or installation area.

If access is difficult

For pools 210 cm and 240 cm, if the delivery point is difficult to access—a dirt road, pedestrian zone, narrow street, restricted traffic zone, or upper floors without a freight elevator—we will check the feasibility of the transport before the sale. In some cases, this will result in an additional cost to standard shipping (€140). If you think your address may fall under these conditions, please contact us before purchasing. We'll discuss the method and cost before confirming your order.

Delivery with positioning (porterage)

If you prefer not to handle the transport to the garden or terrace yourself, you can request a delivery with positioning service. This must be requested by email before purchasing, indicating the address, any access restrictions, and the floor of the building. We will calculate the cost on a case-by-case basis and confirm it only if the space allows it. The service will include transporting the pool to the indicated location, not moving furniture, fixtures, or other obstacles along the way—the passageway must be clear. be available upon delivery.

Minor signs of transport

The pool material is durable steel designed for continuous outdoor use. Small dents or surface scratches may appear during transport: they will not affect the water resistance or durability of the product and are part of the natural appearance of a worked metal object.
